Tramuntana Seeds - Top hybrids with US genetics
When taking a look at the strains they have introduced into the market, it?s easy to see they are genuine collectors of some of the most attractive US genetics of the moment, some of which are really hard to obtain. For their first batch of hybrids, they used a male plant of which it could be said that has become a legend during the past few years: Larry OG.
Indeed, this Orange County (California) native plant has been crossed with a remarkable specimen of SFV OG Kush IBL, resulting in the famous Larry OG Kush, winner of the prestigious High Times Cannabis Cup on several occasions. The hybrid preserves all of Larry OG's traits, plus the potency and high yields of the not less notorious SFV OG Kush, giving rise to one of the best Kush varieties in the market - as evidenced by its many awards.
Their first lot of strains is an amazing collection of elite clones and cuttings selected by Tramuntana Seeds, crossed with Larry OG Kush, which brings its best characteristics to the table (potency and resin production), and results in authentic cannabis gems in the form of feminized seeds. Mimosa x Larry OG
Straight from the Symbiotic Genetics teams, the strain Mimosa is undoubtedly one of the most talked-about plants in recent years. A sativa-dominant hybrid of Clementine and the famous Purple Punch, known among the cannabis community for its powerful citrus aroma (the seed bank itself guarantees high levels of limonene, the terpene responsible for this type of aroma), and its pleasant high, which is perfect for everyday life, and highly valued by many users.
The Mimosa x Larry OG cross produces easy-to-grow plants, with very high yields of around one gram per watt in optimal indoor growing conditions. In addition, the flowering time is relatively fast (8-9 weeks), and outdoors it?s ready in mid October. One of our favorite strains from this seed bank is Sour Tropicanna x Larry OG. A cross between Tropicanna Cookies and Sour Diesel v2, Sour Tropicanna is a sativa-dominant hybrid, highly valued for its energetic high and vigorous growth, which will be a delight for every grower despite its almost 10 weeks of flowering. The combination of sour and fuel flavours with citrus and cookie dough notes is absolutely captivating!
This Sour Tropicanna x Larry OG hybrid produces very high-yielding plants, and it?s one of the best performers of the seed bank. It has a flowering time of around 8-9 weeks, depending on the phenotype. One of this plant?s main traits is its vigorous growth, which is perfect for the SCROG method, and also for outdoor and greenhouse cultivation. Grape Pie x Larry OG
Lastly, we would like to emphasize a hybrid created from a Grape Pie clone, a very strong indica that took home the third prize in the 2018 Karma Cup. The result of a cross between Cherry Pie x Grape Stomper, we find among its ancestors plants such as Grandaddy Purple or Chemdog Sour Diesel, which are ultimately combined to create a specimen with a strong grape juice flavour and a pleasant, relaxing, and very cheerful high
Grape Pie x Larry OG produces compact and highly productive plants, and a relaxing and contemplative effect of medium intensity. This specimen takes 9 weeks to flower indoors, while outdoors it can be harvested during the month of October. The curing process enhances the grapes and earthy notes, as well as the sweet undertones that go with them.
