Summer Wonder Lettuce, very tasty lettuce variety with a crunchy texture. The leaves are green with vinous pigmentations and wavy shape. Medium sized bushes. Lettuce with very good resistance to heat and bolting.
Summer Wonder Lettuce can be cultivated all year round but it is advisable to sow it from March to July. Sowing in seedbed and transplanting when the plant is about 8cm in a 30×40 cm growing frame.
The cultivation site should be sunny, in fertile soil that retains moisture. Water frequently but sparingly. It is advisable to cultivate in ridge, to get a little height above the ground and that the lower leaves do not touch the ground, especially when it is wet.
