I just bought the Atmos i40 TC.J and the Klin Ra (Replaceable Atomizer) and when I connected it, The Atmos i40 says NO ATOMIZER, and is not accepting or registering. BUT BOTH OF THEM ARE NEW. :(

Hi Charlie,

I understand your Atmos i40 works fine and you have a problem when attaching the Kiln Ra atomizer. Does the Kiln Ra fit correctly with the battery? If it does, it could be a problem with the atomizer. If it doesn't, it must be a problem with the thread. Please reply this message so we know the source of the problem.

Of course, there won't be any problem on replacing your product, but we must make sure where the problem is.
