These mushroom growing kits are very simple to use, containing all elements to begin cultivation immediately upon receipt.
Substrate inoculated with mycelium of Psilocybe Cubensis B+
The kit is composed of a mycelium colonised grain cake in an airtight container, a transparent plastic bag with an air filter and a clip to close it. We can use a heated mini-greenhouse instead of the plastic bag.
Psylocibe Cubensis B+ mushrooms are native to the west coast of the USA. They are well known thanks to their great power, large size and for their ease of cultivation.
B+ mushrooms, big size and very strong
They are easy to grow with a temperature of 22-24ºC and a constant humidity of 60% to 80%, depending on its development stage. To get the best results we recommend following the instructions in the Mushroom Grow Guide that you can soon find on our blog.
We recommend using a digital thermo-hygrometer to facilitate the task of controlling temperature and humidity, and keeping it as stable as possible, which is of vital importance.
If the culture has the best conditions and we maintain a good hygiene, we can obtain several harvest or flushes of mushrooms, picking the first crop after roughly 15 days.
Depending on the timely harvest and proper maintenance of the grow kits, they sometimes yield up to 4 harvests and a total yield of between 500-800g of fresh mushrooms (dry between 50g and 80g).
