Alchimia Grow Shop presents bags of organic brown rice flour. The flour, when mixed with vermiculite makes a perfect culture substrate (PF-TEK) to be inoculated with Psilocybe Cubensis mushroom spores.
To prepare the culture substrate, moisten the vermiculite adding a small amount of flour, mixing both products evenly.
The proportions for a 240ml jar are 140ml vermiculite per 40ml of flour. The top jar is filled up with an extra 20ml of vermiculite not mixed with the flour.
