The Hype Camael is a highly concentrated calcium and magnesium additive for use in cannabis cultivation. It can be applied to any type of substrate, be it soil, coconut, or pure hydroponic systems.
NPK are the macro nutrients most used by plants during their life cycle, but the fourth most used element is undoubtedly calcium. This helps to reinforce the plant's cell walls, improves its structure and increases its capacity to capture light.
Camael, a powerful extra calcium and magnesium addition
In many cases when NPK values are increased in the flowering stage, calcium deficiencies are produced. These initially appear as small white spots, like small insect or mites bites such as red spiders. As the deficiency progresses, these white dots turn yellow and increase in size. If the plant is not provided with a greater calcium supply, these spots can create necrosis, black spots which are cell death in these areas.
It is also essential to use extra calcium and magnesium in the case of using soft, demineralised or osmosis water. In these cases the Ca and Mg levels are almost non-existent, hence the use of Camael is highly necessary to avoid the appearance of plant deficiencies, by increasing the EC with this supplement until it reaches 0.3 to 0.4. This is before providing the rest of the nutrients.
Camael, healthy and strong plants
Camael can be applied throughout the entire plant's life cycle, from the first week to the last before harvest. It is important to note that when this calcium deficiency is observed it may already be late, therefore it is advisable to avoid this deficiency by applying the product from the first day.
Camael is applied in a dose of 0.1-0.3ml/l with a pH which can vary from 5.5 to 7.5 depending on the substrate used. By using an Ec meter, the application of this product and other nutrients is a much easier task to control, adjusting it to the plants' needs.
