This endive chicory variety is ideal for growing in late summer, with the sowing period from August to October. It is very resistant to heat and drought and can quickly develop with no problems.

It is a voluminous plant, being necessary to space the plants well (30-40cm) so that it develops well. The leaves may be prepared to optimize their whitening.

White leaf salad
