Hi, thanks for your question. Yes, that's the flowering time, although there may be the odd plant that takes a bit longer or finishes a bit faster than the average, that's nature! The flowering times we publish are those that are supplied to us by the breeders themselves, based on their own testing of the varieties, so they can generally be relied upon.
