Darkstar from TH Seeds is a mostly indica cannabis plant , hybrid between Purple Kush and a Mazar-i-Sharif line. The resulting offspring is small, compact, branched, productive and very powerful, with high THC levels.
It is the latest addition to TH Seeds' catalog, and was awarded with the third prize at 2012 Grow Expo for the best cannabis Indica strain.
It has indica plant structure, small, compact and branched. It grows elegant and vigorously despite being a strain which is composed of 80% indica and only 20% sativa genes.
During the growing period it develops strong stems and sturdy branches, accompanied by large and broad leaves of dark green colour that change their pigmentation during the flowering period, developing purple hues that make this strain a true wonder for the senses during its entire cultivation.
During the flowering period this cannabis strain produces very compact buds, like stones, covered with a dense layer of resin which is inherited by the Mazar-i-Sharif parent, a pure landrace of Afghan origin. It has an excellent calyx / leaf ratio, being a very easy and fast variety to trim.
It is a cannabis plant suitable for certain medicinal purposes, being used for different medical treatments and helpful to combat physical pain, relaxing body and mind, and also to enhance appetite. After tasting Darkstar, you'll probable want to have a jar full of its buds forever.
