They are very fast growing, with the first individuals arriving in 7 days, and they are harvested 15 days after the beginning of fruiting, offering 3 to 4 harvests if we maintain good hygiene conditions.
A temperature of 20 to 25ºC and a humidity of 60% to 80% are ideal for a good development, easily supporting variations in this temperature range.
To achieve the best results, it's vital to keep the temperature and humidity stable throughout the entire cycle, because if we don't, the fruiting can be delayed or even interrupted.
In addition, the first week is especially important, as the cake needs to be properly acclimated and activated to begin production of the first mushroom harvest, which will be ready to cut after about 15 days.
To help with this, it's recommended to use a heated mini greenhouse and a thermohygrometer for easy maintainence of proper climate conditions.
