Fuel D.OG is intensely Diesel, predominantly Sativa, robust and with a very abundant and particularly resinous harvest. The result, as expected, is intense in both flavours and effects.
Seedsman's Cannabis Fuel D.OG., US genetic Monster
It is a cross between Chemdog and Fuel OG strain, two US clones. The result is a 70/30 Sativa Indica strain that delivers an excellent performance both indoors and outdoors. Compared to Chemdog, Fuel D.OG offers much more robust plants with a thicker central branch bearing the branches' weight in late flowering. Thanks to its Sativa side, it develops a powerful central branch, so it is best not to provide too long a growing period otherwise the plant's size may get out of control. Outdoors, this criterion should be taken into account when choosing the plant's location, which can indeed, depending on the growing conditions, grow to over 3.50m easily.
Indoors, the plants are ready to harvest after about 65-70 days after the photoperiod change, for results that can reach a yield of up to 600g per m2. The resin production is impressive and can be noticed in the young buds after 3 weeks of flowering. As previously mentioned, it is not necessary to provide too much growth, changing the photoperiod as soon as the plants are well established. Leaving more growth, fewer plants have to be cultivated in the space, applying techniques to spread the plants out. Fuel D.OG is highly suitable for SCROG cultivation.
Outdoors, Fuel D.OG grows very tall and offers very abundant harvests, yielding up to 700-800g per plant. Flowers are ready to harvest in early October in the northern hemisphere, which prevents excessive humidity late in the season and the possible risk of mould and mildew. Both indoors and outdoors, this strain produces very compact and resinous flowers, and is perfect for resin extraction lovers.
Fuel D.OG, a Full Diesel genetics
With a cross like this, it is normal to expect typical Diesel results. So, more OG Kush than Chemdog flavours can be enjoyed, with citric, lemon peel and grapefruit flavours. Fans of Diesel and fruity Kush flavours can expect Fuel D.OG to be an excellent source of terpenes.
It offers a THC level of about 20% and a CBD concentration of less than 1%. The effects are primarily relaxing, offering a deep relaxation that tends to knock the user out. It is best consumed in the late afternoon otherwise one have to make sure not to do any activity.
