Hi Christian, thanks for your comment and question. You can find some more information about CBD in our blog post about Medicinal Effects of CBD and CBD Capsules at Alchimia. As far as recommending a specific product, a lot depends on your budget, but I would say that you're best using an oil with at least 5% CBD, or 10% if possible. This will allow you greater flexibility when dosing by using a whole pipette, half a pipette or just a few drops as needed. This is as opposed to capsules, which work very well but are not so adaptable to varying the dose. Some oils are combined with other active ingredients which potentiate and direct the effect, for example PharmaHemp 5% oil with Turmeric and Black Pepper, which act to increase the anti-inflammatory action of CBD, something that could be to your benefit.
