HG23, Holy Grail Kush x Kosher Kush hybrid
HG23 is the encounter between Holy Grail Kush (HGK), announced as the Kush Holy Grail because it combines Kosher Kush parentals (one of the most sought after OG lines on the cannabis scene) and OG Kush (also one of the most sought-after OG lines), essence of Chemdawg, and all crossed with Kosher Kush.
Both parentals have been awarded numerous cannabis cups and prizes, a testimonial to their unquestionable reputation.

HG23 aka Michael Jordan by DNA Genetics, cannabis cultivation
HG23 is an Indica dominant plant that grows with a slenderer structure than a pure Indica. It presents quite wide lower leaves and others of a slightly thinner height with an intense green colour. The female plants form a more imposing central head than the rest of the branches. It is a good candidate for canopy optimisation techniques (pinching and apex pruning, trellising/LST, SCROG, ...).
In its purest 'OG' form, its stretch is quite marked compared to pure 100% Indica. Even so, under the optimal light spectrum and lighting conditions, it does not reach that of the 50/50 Indica Sativa hybrids. The HG23 male plants are also superb.
The female plants are ready to harvest after about 9 weeks of flowering in indoor cultivation, with yields of 400-450g per m2.
A good flower to leaf ratio makes it easy to manicure, producing very dense, even rock-hard buds with lots of resin, ideal for resin extraction.
Michael Jordan, aka HG23, flavours and effects
It produces a very aromatic flavour with strong lemon citric notes, at the same time sour and sweet like a sweetie. Thanks to the flowering reminiscent of cotton candy, it also offers pine and cedar tones mixed with a petrol aroma, finishing with an earthy note that amplifies with each puff.
