If I buy these seeds do they come with the best nutrient mix to grow them on? I mean, are there recommendations

Hello karin,
They do not come with nutrient/media recommendations. Basically, you have 3 types of substrates: inhert ones ( coco coir , clay pebbles, rockwool, you need to use hydroponic nutrients on every watering), light mixes (mixes of soil, peat, coco, etc. with enough nutrients for the first 2-3 weeks of growth) and all mixes (which contain enough nutrients for 6-8 weeks). The more nutrients the substrate has, the less nutrients you need to add to your water.
