"Legal" is a comic book in french language that tells the experience of cannabis legalisation in Nanterre in 2019, a city located west of Paris. To end up with the violence of drug trafficking and the power of mafia-like networks, the brave mayor of the city decides to fully legalize marijuana in his area.
We can read in the epilogue: "Legal is inspired on real facts that will probably happen one day". Written by famous journalist Cédric Gouverneur and illustrated by Amezing Améziane, this graphic novel has 128 pages and is widely documented. It exposes the current situation of cannabis in France in a very realistic way, with dialogues between supporters and detractors of marijuana growing .
