These mushroom growing kits are very simple to use, containing all elements to get the culture into place easily.
The 1200ml cake is made of sterile grain substrate placed in an airtight container, totally colonised with Psilocybe Cubensis Colombian mycelium.

The kit also includes a plastic bag with an air renewal filter and a clip to seal it. We recommend using a heated mini-greenhouse instead the plastic bag to enhance the mushrooms development.
The Psylocibe Cubensis Colombian is originally from the Cundinamarca area mountains in Colombia. These mushrooms stand out for their high power and for an enormously social interaction and philosophical effect. They are less visual than other genetics.
This genetic produces colour-off white large and strong mushrooms with a brown cap that can display lighter or white colours.

Mushrooms develop perfectly well with a temperature of 22-24ºC and a constant humidity of 60% to 80%. To obtain the best results we recommend following the instructions in the cultivation manual than you can find on our blog.
Using a digital thermo-hygrometer makes the task of controlling temperature and humidity much easier, assuring both parameters are stable.
If the culture has the best conditions and we maintain a good hygiene, we can obtain several harvest or Flush easily, collecting the first mushrooms in just about 15-20 days.
Depending on the timely harvest and proper maintenance of the grow kits, they sometimes yield up to 4 harvests and a total yield of between 500-800g of fresh mushrooms (dry between 50g and 80g).
