Galactic Jack from TGA Subcool is a hybrid of two renowned cannabis varieties, Jack Herer and Space Queen. With this strain, TGA not only manages to transmit great genetics but also honor the memory of a legendary activist of the cannabis community, Jack Herer.
The female cannabis plant used for this cross was Jack Herer, offered by Subcool to the Herer family in 2010. This particular phenotype is a true treasure of the Pacific northwest of the US, so TGA's breeding team decided to cross it with the Space Queen male.
Galactic Jack is a mostly Sativa marijuana variety which produces large and vigorous plants, with a remarkable stretching during the pre-flowering stage. TGA recommends pruning and molding Galactic Jack to control its height.
There are mainly four phenotype found; one of them more Haze dominant, while the other three show more features of the mother Jack Herer. Within them we can find aromas and flavors of citrus, grapefruits, sweet lemonade and musk. The dense smoke leaves a strong lemony aftertaste on the palate.
Its effect is energetic and cerebral, very uplifting, great to smoke during the day and to make everyday tasks normally. THC level is high (25%) and also CBG (Cannabigerol, 1.5%), another cannabinoid with particularly effective anti-bacterial properties.
