Hi Hugh, thanks for your question. Yes, we ship all over Spain, Europe and the world but, unfortunately, we aren't sending our mushroom kits anywhere at the moment due to legal insecurities. I notice drips of moisture are dropping onto the substrate from the humidity accumulating inside the bag. Is it okay to dry this up with some tissue to prevent fungus growing. Or will this cause further contamination

Hi and thanks for your comment. There's really nothing to worry about, with the high humidity necessary for mushroom growth, it's perfectly normal to have condensation inside the bag. As long as you've followed the hygiene protocols there's no reason for any fungus other than the Psylocybes to appear in there. However, as you correctly point out, using a tissue to dry the moisture would quite likely introduce microbial contamination of some kind and be quite counter-productive. I hope that helps.

Hi,
I’ve purchased this kit but I’ve read a lot of conflicting information on how to care for it, especially with activating it. On the instructions it says to never pour water on the substrate only in the bottom of the bag, but everywhere else says you need to either put warm water in the container and let it soak for an hour before placing in the bag or put water in the container and then refrigerate it for 12 hours. Which way is correct?
Also how often do I need to spray water in the bag and open it to reintroduce oxygen? Some people say twice a day, once a day or once every 2 days.
Very confused! I hope you can help, thanks

Hi, could you please tell me what the two strips that are stuck to the top of the mushroom kit lid are, and what to do with them. I thought they were the mycelium, but apparently the substrate loaf is impregnated with the mycelia already. Please tell me....lol.

Hi yzus, thanks for your comment and question. The strips are there to help conserve the mycelium in optimal condition during storage and transport. There's no need to do anything with them so don't worry! Good luck with your shroom crop, happy growing!

I am thinking of buying B+ mushroom loaf..I am in the UK.. My question is..can I get the cash on delivery option using UPS? as I used this method with a dutch company a few years back, and found it the most worry free and comfortable way of purchasing. I know its a bit more money, but would much apprecitate if you could let me know if this option is avaible for UK delivery..

I recently bought tis grow kit, and I set it all up i believe correctly according to the instruction sheet, about 2 weeks ago...and still nothing has happened :(
Im wondering if the sheet just was translated a little weird and maybe i didnt do the steps properly, can i talk to someone to get some advise please?
