Alchimia Grow Shop presents the Organic Vitamin Sprout Mix Kit by Batlle, a mixture of seeds from various plants offering sprouts for consumption. It includes a sprouter, although the sprouts can also be cultivated in pots if preferred.

The kit contains 3 sachets containing seeds: alfalfa (Medicago sativa), green soya bean (Vigna radiata) and red cabbage (Brassica oleracea). All varieties are easy to germinate and provide a wide range of aromas, nutrients and properties.
Alfalfa sprouts contain a large amount of amino acids, the protein precursors, as well as polyunsaturated fats, some carbohydrates, vitamin C, B9 or folic acid, pro-vitamin A or Beta-carotene, vitamin K and vitamin E. They also provide potassium, calcium, zinc, iron and magnesium, along with enzymes, flavonoids and chlorophyll.
Green bean sprouts are rich in phytoestrogens and isoflavones which help keep bones strong. They also help to reduce blood cholesterol, protecting the cardiovascular system and helping to strengthen it, in addition they are rich in potassium, fibre, vitamin C and high quality proteins.
Red cabbage sprouts are very rich in potassium and low in sodium, thus helping to control hypertension. They also contain a large proportion of selenium, folic acid, vitamin C and A, a large amount of sulphur compounds and glutamines, as well as anthocyanins, which provide them with the characteristic purple colour.

The kit comes with the 3 sachets of vegetable plant seeds and a plastic sprouter which is designed for an efficient, convenient and clean germination process. To use the sprouter, simply scatter the seeds on the top plate, then fill it with water and cover it with the plastic lid.
A stable water level should be maintained by placing the sprouter in a place with a temperature of between 21-25°C, with or without light but out of direct sunlight. After two days the lid is removed so that the sprouts can grow. In 5 days the sprouts are ready to harvest. They can be stored in a jar in the fridge for two weeks.

- Includes a plastic sprouter
- 3 sachets of seeds:
- 1 sachet of alfalfa seeds
- 1 sachet of green soya beans
- 1 sachet of red cabbage seeds
- Germination:
- Place the seeds on the top sprouter tray
- Fill the sprouter with water and keep the level stable
- Place it in a location with a temperature between 21-25ºC out of direct sunlight (with or without light)
- Remove the lid after 2 days to allow the sprouts to grow
- Harvest the sprouts after 5 days
