The marijuana plant is botanically classified into 2 groups: Cannabis Indica and Cannabis Sativa . Ruderalis is a subspecies of Sativa.
Broadly speaking, Indicas come from the Asian mountains, Sativas from Tropical rainforests...and what about Ruderalis?
Ruderalis are native of the region of Siberia, and aslo from parts of eastern Europe and northern Asia where hemp was grown historically. Regularly, some autoflowering cannabis populations have appeared in these and other regions, suggesting that Ruderalis are populations with diverse origins that spontaneously appear, thanks to the high genetic variation inherent to cannabis.
So it happens that suddenly, in a place where hemp was grown for fiber or seeds, whose population has been naturalized as a legacy of those times, a particular plant expresses a mutation that gives the ability to bloom before any other. Logically, it spreads very easily, because it produces many more seeds than others, so it quickly attracted the attention of interested growers.
With the crossing of an automatic strain with our best mother, Dinafem # 1, and after stabilizing it for a number of generations, we've got this amazing new strain that is capable of producing amazing quality buds in 60 days. Suitable for cultivation in terrace, balcony, garden, or guerrillas - in midsummer.
You can plant on 15 May and harvest on 30 July and store enough weed for the month of August, which is often so difficult (on holidays with nothing to smoke!). In the Mediterranean coast it can be planted from April to September, and in northern Europe it can only be grown from June 1 to August 15.
They always need optimal conditions to give everything of themselves, especially during the first month of growth, since they need to grow enough.
They need 20 hours of light to grow at maximum speed, both indoors and outdoors, so they will grow better in June than in April.
They also need a lot of substrate from the first time, to grow without limit, at least 4 liter minimum and 20 liter maximum; the more substrate, the better. The ideal is planting them in Jiffy-7 and transplanting them on the final container as soon as they emerge.
The growth in hydroponic systems, such as arlita, rock wool, coco, etc. is faster, and plants get also a little bigger. They need more time to complete flowering if grown on full-ground, because they become much larger, and produce more flowers.
Excess moisture in the substrate in the initial stages of their life hurts a lot, so we have to check that it drains properly - or reduce water irrigation if it is on full-ground. The potency of this strain when harvested on July 30 is surprising, producing a psychoactive effect with predominant physical heaviness. Therefore, many growers have begun to use them in indoor growrooms. Others put them with the mothers in a a vegetative room, at 18 hours of light, to test and see for themselves the high quality that these amazing seeds can produce.
