Late flowering spinach seeds
Matador spinach is cultivated from February to June, with the harvest ready from April to August. It offers a wide harvesting period thanks to the late flowering producing quality spinach to be harvested for several weeks.
Harvesting can be favoured by cultivating the plant in a light and aerated soil avoiding heavy and compact soils. We sow them in line with a 10cm distance. The outermost leaves can be harvested once a week.
It is a medium sized plant with medium sized leaves and an oval shape that offers consistent harvests.
