Hi Victor,
When performed properly, all cannabis concentrates can be used for medicinal purposes. If you don't want to use any chemical solvent, I would recommend dry sieving with Top Zeef or ice water hash. Here you have a post about dry sift and another one about water hash.
On the other hand, if you want to use solvents, I would recomment BHO, an extraction with butane that will be soon posted on our Blog.
