The Cornwall Digital Temperature Controller allows us to control both heating and cooling systems in a safe and efficient way, according to the needs of the grower.
When using the Cornwall Digital Temperature Controller with heating systems, the unit gives way to electric power when it detects temperatures below the previously selected set point. Thus, we can connect a stove to the controller and enter a temperature such as 20 °.
Then, when the controller detects that the temperature of the grow box or room goes lower than 20º,it automatically gives way to the power supply and turn on the stove to prevent the temperature goes under the set point.
In the second case, using cooling system the controller unit will give way to electric current when it detects temperatures above the set point.
In this case, it's connected to an air extractor fan output, and choosing a set point of 25 ° for example, the controller automatically turn the extractor fan on when temperatures goes above 25ºC and doesn't stop it until it reaches the set temperature.
