Credit card
VISA, Mastercard or Maestro, as well as any debit card. As part of the purchase process, we request your credit card information in order to process the payment via our POS.

Unauthorized transactions may be caused by cards not enabled to operate in a secure environment. Your bank will quickly solve this problem.

Cash-on-delivery (It is not valid for all countries.).

We accept cash-on-delivery for orders below a value of 250 euros.

After receiving the total amount of your order (commission costs are charged to the customer) we'll send you the tracking number of your order with the confirmation email so you can track your package online.

For orders coming outside the euro zone, Alchimiaweb, S.L. reserves the right to ask the customer for the economic difference derived from currency exchange, or to reduce the amount of products ordered until meeting this loss.

2. Prices and taxes

The product prices in your shopping cart include taxes, if applicable, but do not include shipping costs. These are calculated when the order is processed.

Purchases made by individuals resident in the European Union Member States are subject to the VAT applicable in their own country.

You can visit the database (http://madb.europa.eu) of the Directorate General for Trade of the European Commission (http://ec.europa.eu/trade/). to check the customs tariffs on importation applicable to different countries around the world. You will be asked to introduce the corresponding TARIC code to consult these tariffs. 3. Transport

Shipping to your home:

- Mainland Spain: Delivery time is 24/48 hours except public holidays.

- Spain Balears Islands: Delivery time is 48/72 hours except public holidays.

- Metropolitan France: Delivery time is 3-4 business days.

- France - Corsica: Delivery time in 5-10 business days.

- European Union: Delivery time is 3-5 business days.

- Rest of the world: Delivery time is 15-20 business days depending on area.

Transport to establishments/collection points

- This shipping method is only valid for seed packages and up to 250€.

- This shipping method is only valid for mainland Spain, metropolitan France and Corsica.

- Mainland Spain: Delivery at the chosen collection point within 4-8 business days after date of issue.

- Metropolitan France: Delivery at the chosen collection point within 4-8 business days after date of issue.

- 5€ will be added to the order total if the cash-on-delivery option is chosen.

We do not ship our products to post-office boxes.

In the event of non-compliance of the delivery date, Alchimia Grow Shop will notify the user the reason for the delay and offer alternative solutions.

We'll send you an email with your expedition number so you can track your package online after we receive the payment. This expedition number will be sent on Monday/Tuesday in the case that the order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
