Credit card
VISA, Mastercard or Maestro, as well as any debit card. We offer you the most secure payment method as it is verified by visa and encrypted at 128 bits. During the purchase process, before entering any data, we redirect you to the banking entity's website and that's where the card details are entered, with the information exchange taking place on their website and not ours. Under no circumstances does alchimiaweb.com have access to your banking data.

Unauthorized transactions may be due to the card not being enabled to operate in a secure environment. Your bank will quickly resolve this for you.

BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT MAY TAKE 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

You can make a deposit or bank transfer directly to our account. The details are as follows:

Once we receive the deposit for the total order amount (commissions at the customer's expense), we will send you an email with the tracking number for online tracking of your order.
For orders from outside the Euro zone, AlchimiaWeb S.L. reserves the right to request an additional amount from the customer equivalent to the economic difference produced as a result of currency exchange, or alternatively, to reduce the order components equivalently to said loss.

Cryptocurrencies
We accept payment in the following virtual currencies: Bitcoin / Ethereum / Litecoin / Dogecoin / XRP / Bitcoin Cash, and many more.

Cash on delivery (not valid for all countries)
We accept cash on delivery for orders under 250 euros.
This payment option carries additional costs of:

• Spain: €5.00
• Rest of Europe: €9.50

Split payment
For orders under €250. You can split your order payment into 4 months without interest or additional costs. Available countries: Spain.

2. Prices and taxes

Product prices in the shopping cart include taxes, if applicable, but do not include shipping costs. These are calculated at the time of order processing.

Purchases made by individuals residing in European Union member states will be subject to the VAT of their country.

3. Shipping

Pickup Point Shipping (local businesses)

- This shipping method is valid only for seed packages and maximum €250.

- This shipping method is valid only in Peninsular Spain, Metropolitan France and Corsica.

- Peninsular Spain: Order pickup at the chosen pickup point 4-8 business days from dispatch.

- Metropolitan France: pickup at the chosen pickup point 4-8 business days from the shipment departure date.

- For the cash on delivery option, €5.00 will be added to the total order cost.

- No deliveries are made to post office boxes.

Once payment is received, we will send you an email with your shipment number for online tracking. For orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the shipment number will be sent between Monday and Tuesday.

If unable to meet the delivery deadline, Alchimia grow notifies its customers, informing them of the reason causing the delay and proposes alternative solutions.
