VISA, Mastercard, or Maestro, as well as any debit card. We offer the most secure payment method, as it is verified by Visa and encrypted at 128 bits. During the purchase process, before entering any information, you are redirected to the bank's website, where your card details are entered. The information is exchanged on their website, not ours. Under no circumstances does alchimiaweb.com have access to your bank details.
Unauthorized transactions may be due to the card not being enabled for secure transactions. Your bank will resolve this issue quickly.
Split payment
For orders under €250, you can pay your order in installments over 4 months, interest-free, and with no additional costs. Available countries: Spain.
Cash on delivery (not valid for all countries)
We accept cash on delivery for orders under 250 euros.

Once we receive payment for the total amount of the order (fees charged to the customer), we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can track your order online.
For orders from outside the Eurozone, AlchimiaWeb SL reserves the right to request an additional amount from the customer equivalent to the economic difference resulting from the currency exchange, or to reduce the order components equivalent to said loss.

2. Prices and taxes
The prices of the products in your shopping cart include taxes, if applicable, but do not include shipping costs. These are calculated at checkout.

Transport at delivery points (local shops)
- This shipping method is valid only for the transport of seed packages and a maximum of €250.
- This shipping method is only valid in mainland Spain, metropolitan France, and Corsica.
- Mainland Spain: Pick up your order at your chosen delivery point 4-8 business days after dispatch.
- Metropolitan France: Pick up at the chosen delivery point 4-8 business days from the date of departure.
- For the cash on delivery option, €5.00 will be added to the total cost of the order.
- No deliveries are made to PO boxes.
Once payment is received, we will send you an email with your tracking number for online tracking. For orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the tracking number will be sent between Monday and Tuesday.
If the delivery deadline cannot be met, Alchimia Grow will notify its customers, informing them of the reason for the delay and proposing alternative solutions.
