Credit card
VISA, Mastercard or Maestro, as well as any debit card. We offer you the most secure payment method as it is verified by visa and encrypted to 128 bits. During the purchase process, before entering any data, we redirect you to the bank's website and it is there where you enter your card details, with the exchange of information taking place on their website and not ours. In no case does alchimiaweb.com have access to your banking details.

Unauthorized transactions may be due to the card not being enabled to operate in a secure environment. Your bank will solve this quickly.

Split payment
For orders under 250€. You can split your order payment into 4 months with no interest or additional costs. Available countries: Spain.

Cash on delivery (not valid for all countries)

We accept cash on delivery for orders under 250 euros.

This payment option carries additional charges of:

Spain: 5.00€

Rest of Europe: 9.50€

Once we receive payment of the total order amount (commissions paid by the customer) we will send you an email with the tracking number for online tracking of your order.

For orders from outside the Euro zone, AlchimiaWeb S.L. reserves the right to request from the customer an additional amount equivalent to the economic difference produced as a consequence of currency exchange, or alternatively, to reduce the order components equivalent to said loss.

2. Prices and taxes

Product prices in the shopping cart include taxes, if any, but do not include shipping costs. These are calculated at the time of order processing.

Purchases made by individuals domiciled in Member States of the European Union will be subject to VAT in their country.

3. Shipping

Pick-up Point Shipping (local shops)

- This shipping method is valid only for seed packages and maximum 250 €.

- This shipping method is valid only in mainland Spain, in metropolitan France and Corsica.

- Spain Peninsula: Collection of the order at the chosen pick-up point 4-8 business days from dispatch.

- Metropolitan France: collection at the chosen pick-up point 4-8 business days from the dispatch date.

- For the cash on delivery option, 5.00 € will be added to the total order cost.

- No deliveries are made to post office boxes.

Once payment is received we will send you an email with your tracking number for online tracking. For orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the tracking number will be sent between Monday and Tuesday.

In case of being unable to meet the delivery deadline, Alchimia grow notifies its customers, informing them of the reason causing the delay and proposes alternative solutions.
