Steps to follow to return a product

For seed returns.

LOG IN TO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

  • Locate the order in the “Orders” section.
  • Select “Process a Claim”.
  • Fill in the form fields and click “Submit.”
  • Your claim will be processed within 24-48 business hours.
  • If accepted, replacement seeds will be added to your next order.
  • If it is denied, you will be informed of the reason why it was not accepted.

Important : Orders that have already entered the preparation process cannot be modified or cancelled.

Returns can be processed within 14 business days of receiving your order by sending an email to info@alchimiaweb.com and attaching the return form from this link . You will receive instructions on how to process the return within 24/48 hours.

Remember that you must accompany your order with a copy of the purchase receipt or simplified invoice.

In the case of international shipments, the tracking number assigned by the shipping company must also be indicated.

Seed return: specificities

Cannabis Sativa seeds can only be germinated in countries where the law allows it.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves about the legislation in their country and act accordingly.

Claims for non-germinated seeds will be accepted as long as germination is legal in the destination country.

Claims for hermaphrodite plants cannot be processed due to the impossibility of determining whether the origin of hermaphroditism is due to genetic causes or whether it was caused by growing conditions.

In the event of an error on our part or dissatisfaction with the product received, please note that claims will not be accepted for items that have been unsealed, opened, and/or tampered with by the customer.

No claims will be accepted after 3 months from the date of purchase.

The seeds in the GIFTS section are not open to any kind of claim.

Second claims will not be accepted.

Alchimiaweb.com will not be held responsible under any circumstances for shipments confiscated by Customs or similar entities. Contact the agencies in your country for more information.

Returning bread: specificities

In the event of an error or disagreement with the product received, please note that claims will not be accepted for items that have been unsealed, opened, and/or tampered with by the customer.

Claims will only be processed for preparation errors on our part and contamination during shipping. Claims will not be accepted after 72 hours from receipt of the package.

Once the fruiting process has begun, claims for contamination will not be accepted.

Claims relating to the fruiting or productivity of the bread will not be accepted.

Second claims will not be accepted.

Products that CANNOT be returned

  • Items unsealed and/or opened by the customer (for example: seed packets, bread, paper, filters, vaporizers, fertilizers, etc.).
  • Live or organic items, such as seeds, mushroom breads, or truffles.
  • Single-use or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., masks).
  • Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly (for example: oils, cosmetics, food products, etc.).
  • Goods that can be mixed with other products (for example, osmosis filters).
  • Returns will not be accepted for orders sent via Correos España.
  • Products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

Product status for return

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • No labels, seals or security components must have been removed.
  • The original packaging must not be damaged.

How to return a defective, incorrect, or damaged product?

  1. You have 72 hours from receipt of the order to process the claim.
  2. Contact our customer service at info@alchimiaweb.com . Once this period has passed, the merchandise will be deemed to have been received satisfactorily.
  3. Provide photos of the defective, faulty, or damaged product. We'll send you a free return label.
  4. Claims from the Gifts section will not be accepted.

Refund method and deadlines

Alchimiaweb SL will refund the amount received from the user using the same payment method selected during the purchase process, except in the case of cash on delivery and cryptocurrency payments, which will be made by bank transfer to the customer's account (or another method agreed upon by both parties); and within 14 calendar days of the user informing the user of their decision to withdraw. Customers also have the option of receiving a voucher for the same amount as their purchase, which can be redeemed within 6 months of receipt.

Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be made in euros for the value of the product purchased in that currency, not for the exchange rate in cryptocurrency.

Guarantees

In accordance with the current regulations of Royal Legislative Decree 2019/771 of May 20, products purchased from January 1, 2022 onwards that are durable and do not expire will have a three-year warranty.

For products that include an expiration date or best before date, the warranty will last until the indicated date, with a maximum of 3 years from the date of purchase.

After the first 2 years up to 3 years, a product appraisal will be necessary to verify that the fault is original and not due to misuse.

Products damaged due to impacts, negligence, or improper handling, as well as materials worn through normal use, will not be covered by the warranty.

If a product replacement is necessary, this will not extend the warranty, but will be subject to the same terms as the original product delivered.
