Two years after the creation of Pennywise, the first high-CBD strain in TGA Subcool's catalog, here is Hurkle, a mostly-Indica variety with a delicious Merlot grape flavour and notes of coffee and chocolate. To achieve this hybrid, Subcool crossed the Harlequin female - known for its high CBD content - with a male plant from the Querkle strain.

Most phenotypes have a THC / CBD ratio close to 1/1, with about 10% of the plants having more THC while some of them are richer in CBD. A well stabilized strain, its relaxing effect quickly hits both brain and body. On a medical level, Hurkle is ideal for relieving pain, and it is also used by some cancer patients.

Hurkle cannabis plants are small-medium in height. Subcool advises to cut the apex once and not anymore, because stretch is limited for most phenotypes. TGA's Hurkle is very resistant to mildew.

Hi Kahn, thanks for your comment and question. As a general rule, auto-flowering cannabis plants have lower levels of THC than photo-dependant varieties, but if you go to our Seed Selector, you can filter our seed catalogue to find the best High-THC, Indica or Indica/Sativa hybrid autos! From my own experience, anything with Gorilla Glue genetics is a sure bet for high THC levels.
