Today I’m going to tell you how to use the new vaporiser from the brand Arizer, the Solo II. In black or in blue…

Let’s open up the box of the Solo II, where we can see it has an upper section, remove that carefully. Let’s remove the guarantee card, the instructions and the boxes inside, now we’ll see what each one is. One, two and three.

If we start with the upper section we can see the main body of the SOLO II, it’s robust, it’s compact, with an enormous battery, the 2 mouthpieces: one is 110, the other 90, and they both work as mouthpiece and filling chamber.

It’s the typical Arizer glass tube. Okay? And the typical filling bowl with the mouthpiece, both in 90mm and in 11cm or 110mm.

We also have, in the upper part, the typical aromatherapy bowl. This fits the same as the mouthpiece, and we can simply fill it with flowers or essences, and we’ve also got the cleaning tool, perfect.

In this box from the lower section we’ve got the charger, a classic charger for AC currents. And also, which is cool, there’s this bag to carry the vaporiser, the mouthpieces, etc… the mouthpieces go on one side here, and as it’s a portable vaporiser, well, it’s got it’s carry case that we can even wear on a belt if we like.

And in the last box we’ve got a bag with lavender for aromatherapy, and 4 spare gauzes. That’s everything!

We’ve cleared the table leaving only the essentials for a vape session: the Solo II unit, the mouthpiece/filling chamber, the cleaning tool, a mesh gauze and the grass.

First of all, we’re going to place the mesh below the filling chamber, using this tool to make sure it’s well-fitted into the bottom of the chamber and, once in place, we take the herb, which can be well-ground or broken up, depending on the volume of vapour you want each time, and  in this case we’ll go with the chopped grass, let’s get it into the filling chamber…

Okay, we can press it down a bit. I think that’s enough now, and we insert it facing down in the body of the vaporiser. Press it in a little, and now the tube is in place. To start it up, place the thumb fully in the centre of the button.

Wait for the countdown, and it’s turned on, as indicated by the smiley face.
Now we’ve got the vaporiser working we can set the temperature, with the up and down buttons we’re going to set the vaporisation temperature we want. Right now we’re going to raise it to 185ºC, which is the temperature we want to vaporise at.

We can see that on the lower part of the display it shows us the temperature we’ve programmed, and in the upper part is the current temperature of the vaporiser. In 20/30 seconds at most we’ll reach the vaporisation temperature. We’ve reached it already, 185ºC.

Once at temperature, all that’s left is to inhale and see what happens… it works perfectly. It’s also a very robust vaporiser, with an enormous battery that’s going to last us for up to 3 hours of continuous vaporisation, that’s roughly 15/20 sessions. A great vape, no doubt!

I’m going to show you how the settings menu works, it’s very simple, you’ll see. Let’s focus on the OLED screen and the buttons underneath. To enter “Programming” mode, we simply press the central button once and straight away we’re in the sound settings for the vaporiser. You can set the beep volume to be loud, medium, low or off. It’s the classic beep when the unit switches on and for some functions.

If we press the button a second time, we can adjust how many minutes the unit waits before switching itself off, the Auto Off. When we haven’t used it for 10 minutes, for example (or 9), it turns off by itself.

The next function is “ temperature change” or a choice between having the degrees in Fahrenheit or Celsius. We’ll leave it at Celsius, and the next adjustment is “Screen Brightness”. Three positions: high, medium or low, and next time we press the button we change the seconds that the vaporiser will take to start up when we press the On/Off button, okay? We’ll put, for example at 6, and pressing the button again we’re back at the sound settings again.

By simply not pressing any of the buttons for 1 or 2 seconds, it returns to the normal function, which is “vaporise”. Now you’ve seen it, 4 functions and very easy to programme.

Small, robust, compact, versatile… the new vaporiser from the Canadian brand Arizer, the SOLO II.
