Hi Jesse,
As soon as you see the first white hairs, it means the plant has started the bloom period, so you can switch to bloom nutes at this point. You can do a watering with growth nutes in case you see some of the oldest (lowest) fan leaves turning yellow during the first weeks into flowering.
