Cascadian Teacher is a genetics developed by MycoBags, a Full Canopy Genetics brand from Denver, Colorado. This commercial strain has been widely distributed in the eastern US. One sample arrived at Full Canopy's laboratories, and its lineage was unknown. The least risky assumption is that a strong Golden Teacher or derivative is in its lineage tree.
A curiosity: The largest Cascadian Teacher mushroom that Full Canopy Genetics has ever obtained weighed 798g.
