We are glad to present here at Alchimia Grow Shop the Crafty+ portable vaporiser by Storz & Bickel, the Volcano vaporiser manufacturer specially designed to offer tasty and quality vapour thanks to its convection system.
Crafty+ is an electric device powered by an internal Li-Ion battery (30% more capacity than the original Crafty). This provides an autonomy for 6-9 sessions (original Crafty, 3-5 sessions), now with fast charging in 25 minutes.
In addition, with the new optimised electronics warming up is accelerated, being ready to initiate the vaporisation in less than 60 seconds.
Crafty+ is compact and very comfortable to hold in your hand thanks to its PEEK plastic case. This medical grade plastic is very resistant and acts as a radiator, preventing it from overheating and keeping it at a pleasant to the touch temperature.
Crafty+ vaporiser, 6-9 sessions autonomy
The mouthpiece is on the upper part of the device, made of the same plastic than the body, and we can turn it horizontally 45º for a more comfortable experience.
Once the mouthpiece is in position, we can access the lock of the lid of the bowl which enables you to remove the refrigeration pieces to clean them).If we unlock it we'll be able to turn the upper part of the vaporiser and fill it up with grinded marijuana buds.
The bowl is made of metal, with a fine screen on the bottom that is places right on top of the convection heating element. Thus, the screen gets hot, adding a conduction element to the vaping process.
Crafty+, compatible with both grass and extractions
Once the bowl is filled with the grinded weed without pressing, we place back the lid and turn on the device by pressing the button until you see a red light, and it will start heating to 180ºC (356ºF).
If we press the button twice, the red light flashes and the "Boost Mode" is activated. The device will heat up to 195ºC / 383ºF. Pressing it 3 times the "Super Boost Mode" is activated, raising the temperature up to 210ºC which is ideal for cannabis resin extractions or take the maximum to our grass.
Once the set temperature is reached, the light turns green and the Crafty+ will vibrate twice to indicate that it is ready for use.
Control and configure Crafty+ with an Android App
This vaporiser has a Bluetooth control system through an application created by the manufacturer. It can be installed free on our Android Smartphone. With the app we can configure the temperatures and adapt them to our needs. iOS users can also use the Web App.
It also allows us to turn on/off the device vibration or activate an alarm and warning vibration on our phone. The app also allows us to enable/disable the warning light and regulate its brightness.
This application can be downloaded for free in the Google Play Store (compatible with Android 4.3 and above versions).
