Information on Pasteur Pipette
The Pasteur pipette is a simple, soft plastic and graduated pipette. While it may not be 100% accurate to laboratory standards, it's perfect for measuring and dosing liquids in preparation for mixing or diluting concentrates in water, for example, foliar treatments and nutrients.
It's operation is very simple: press the upper globe evacuating the air, insert the pipette into the liquid you want to measure, and release the top globe; the liquid is drawn into the pipette, and the amount of concentrate is controlled by regulating the pressure on the top globe.
