Disappointing Experience with Mushroom Growing Kit I recently purchased a mushroom growing kit from your company, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite following all instructions meticulously, the growth of my mushrooms has completely stalled. The mushrooms are covered in mold, and not a single sprout has appeared. I ensured a clean environment by using gloves, a mask, and disinfecting the area with 70% alcohol before starting the cultivation process. Despite these precautions, the kit failed to produce any viable mushrooms. This is particularly surprising as I have successfully grown mushrooms before using similar kits and species. Could you please advise on what might have gone wrong? Additionally, is it possible to receive a refund or at least a replacement kit for another attempt? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The kit itself is very low quality, it produce very low quantity and I followed the instructions precisely, other kits as supagro has a full coverage of the cake of mushrooms, this kit the cake produced only 1/3 maximum first flush, second flush only on the exterior, now is the 3 flush and I don't think it will produce more.

Hello, Together with the Box I have received a bag with "golden flakes" inside it. As I understand - this is a s substrate cover (right?) Do I need to spread it over the surface or not ? The manual mentions that this only needs to be done with "hybrid" products, is this a "hybrid" product and if not then for which reason is it included in the kit ?
