MT Tumbler 500 is a bud trimmer designed for large scale production in a short time, trimming large number of buds both wet and dry by simply changing the tumbler.
The precise blade cutting preserves the quality of the buds comparable when trimming by hand, thanks to its new high precision technology that makes it one of the best trimmers in Europe. You can join two MT Tumblers in tandem, to increase the process and production capacity, and you can even add input and output belts.
Master Trimmer Tumbler 500 can process 30-40kg per hour of wet grass and 6-9kg per hour of dry product.
It is designed to be easily and quickly assembled and disassembled without tools to simplify maintenance. It is made of stainless steel and free of paint to preserve the maximum quality of the flowers.
It uses 11 blades that cut 19250 times in 60 seconds, which can be adjusted in height for a 0.001mm accuracy, with a stainless steel tumbler calibrated for a high quality cutting.
For the recovery of the cut leaves, it has two leaf collector options - Standard or Trim Filter - that is in charge of sucking the cut leaves to deposit them in the collection bag. Empty the bag from time to time and every so often clean the tumbler and the other parts of the machine by removing the plant debris, so the machine is always kept in the best cutting conditions.
Up to 4 Master Trimmer Tumbler 500 units can be assembled using a height-adjustable rail system in order to increase production. Only two units can process up to 80kg of wet buds per hour.
The inclination in the rail system can be adjusted depending on the variety, thus obtaining the best possible cut.
Optionally, you can purchase Inlet and outlet conveyor belts allow for increased production up to 30% higher, greater comfort and improved quality control.
The inlet conveyor belt allows for constant flow of flowers into the cannabis trimmer, without accumulation of flowers and optimising the process for a higher production.
To adapt the machine to the characteristics of the variety to be processed, the speed of the flow of the flowers through the trimmer can be adjusted with the speed controller of the conveyor belts. They are certified for contact with food products, thus the harvested flowers maintain their natural quality without being contaminated.
To use the MT Tumbler 500, a stand-alone machine, place it on a flat surface. Switch on the machine so that the tumbler rotates and the cutting blades are activated.
Insert 3 to 4 handfuls of buds into the inlet hopper every 30 to 45 seconds. The newly inserted handful will push the already trimmed product further along the tumbler, making it exit at the outlet.
