Cannabis, 40 ans de malentendus is a book series which compiles pictures, drawings and many types of documents, such as letters between CIRC and some politicians, for example, when Jean Pierre and his band sent a joint to every french deeputee (1997).
Through these two books - around 400 pages - we will go back to 1970, when drug laws turned to be very repressive, following this evolution until 2002, when the presidential campaign showed signs of a possible change of the cannabis issue in France.
This chronology of cannabis activism in France compiles well known facts, but also some important information that mass media do not communicate, to increase our cannabic knowledge.
