BHO extractions contain solvents that must be purged before they can be consumed. With the 0.9CF or 1.9CF vacuum oven with a 25L or 53L capacity, extractions can be purged quickly, easily and efficiently.
Oven to purge BHO gas
This oven, manufactured with quality materials such as stainless steel, it is specifically designed to meet the needs of cannabis resin users.
In the oven frontal part there is the door with an ABS plastic handle metallic shock resistant, for opening and watertight closing the processing chamber. Also in the frontal part, there is the oven control main panel where the options are set and the data is visualised, such as the barometer pressure. There is the display with all the controls and on and off buttons.
A vacuum purge pump connected to the oven by a KF25 port/connector operates the vacuum purging in a controllable temperature, with just 1ºC deviation. The oven temperature ranges from 20º to 150ºC, and it is displayed in the digital LCD screen.
Purging the BHO gas at low temperature
The oven helps accelerate degassing thanks to the vacuum, so using a low temperature helps to maintain the extraction terpenic qualities intact. The heat is provided by the side, upper and lower walls in a soft and adjustable way. In addition it incorporates two led strips to visualise the process inside the oven.
The oven dimensions are 60cm x 46cm x 47cm or 70cm x 50cm x 55cm and the chamber dimensions are 30cm x 30cm x 27cm or 42cm x 38cm x 35cm in which there are 4 or 5 grids in 4 or 5 shelves with a maximum vacuum level of 0.039 Hg depending on the model.
Once the extraction is purged and free of contamination, it can be consumed with a Puffco Peak e-nail type or a BHO vaporizers or diluted in Wax liquidiser or Farm to vape to be used with mods.
