Barrier

Top Crop Barrier is a product formulated to boost the plants defenses. Along the growing period, plants can be exposed to different external factors that can cause stress to the plant and make it not perform as it should.

Barrier contains a high silicon concentration that improves the capacity to build a stronger cell wall, provide more resistance against insects or red spider pests and fungal attacks. It also highly increases the resistance to hydric stress, withstanding heat and drought better. All of these factors result in the plant having greater capacity when suffering from any of the above-mentioned stresses.

It is a 100% mineral product, which facilitates a rapid absorption that is effective after a few days. It can be used by foliar application or in the irrigation water, being the foliar route of fastest absorption. It can be applied every 7 or 14 days depending on the requirements, starting with a low dose of 0.25 ml/l and increasing it in the next applications up to a maximum of 0.5 ml/l. If it is decided to use Barrier for irrigation, the initial dosage should be 0.5 ml/l.

Barrier increases plant capacity to enhance chlorophyll production, boosting photosynthesis capacity which favours a better development and increases CO2 absorption capacity resulting in bigger flowers.

Instructions for use

Barrier can be perfectly combined with base fertilisers for growth and flowering, but avoiding mixing with products with an acidic pH in order to avoid undesired reactions.

It is recommended to store Barrier in a dry place out of sunlight.
