The main advantage of waterpipe smoking is that the substance is combusted indirectly, so that the temperature of the smoke reaching the mouth is much lower than combustion temperature. Furthermore, the water filters the smoke taking away a very high percentage of harmful impurities contained in it.
The use is simple. The base is partially filled with water and closed. The bowl is filled with tabacco, marijuana or whatever substance you wish to smoke. The material deposited in the bowl is burnt with a flame burner or lighter, while inhalating through the mouthpiece. The smoke, by pressure difference, enters the base of the bowl, travelling through the water so it purifies and cools when we inhalate it.
We recommend placing a metal mesh or grid between the bowl and the neck of the base to prevent residual stuff from getting into the water.
