The Screen of Green is a very interesting cultivation technique, which allows both indoor and outdoor growers to get abundant yields with very few plants.
The plants grow with a mesh above their tops, which grow through its holes forming a canopy of trained, homogeneous buds.
Normally, 4-6 plants per square meter are used in SCROG setups, sometimes even 1 or 2. Plants must have a more prolonged growth period - 5-7 weeks - and must be pruned to enhance the development of side branches.
Cannabis plants and SCROG: maximum performance with few plants
In this category you'll find a list of strains suitable for the SCROG method.
These genetics tend to produce numerous and robustt side branches which will soon fill all the holes of the mesh.
