It is designed with absorbent foam that soaks up water. It is placed under the seedbed tray ensuring that the peat blocks do not dry out. At the same time it stimulates the roots growth attracted to the moisture in the lower tray.

Hello, in consideration of growing mushrooms can I use this mat instead of pouring 3-4cm of water on the surface of my greenhouse in order to grow? Thanks, KK
