This cake is made of sterilized grain, vermiculite and perlite. It is placed in a 1200ml plastic container, and we simply remove the lid and place the container in the mini greenhouse for the mushrooms to start their development.
The heated mini greenhouse is made of plastic with a heating system comparable to a thermal blanket. It is designed to maintain a stable temperature of about 22-24 ºC, ideal for Psilocybe mushrooms development. This mini-greenhouse will hold up to 2 x 1200 ml mushroom loaves for simultaneous cultivation.
It is important to keep the mini greenhouse in a room with a minimum ambient temperature of 18ºC, otherwise it may not reach the ideal temperature of 22º C.
FreshMushRooms Psilocybe - Easy and effective mushroom cultivation at home
The kit contains an Alchimia digital thermohygrometer to monitor the mini greenhouse temperature and humidity making sure that optimal conditions are maintained.
Depending on the timely harvest and proper maintenance of the grow kits, they sometimes yield up to 4 harvests and a total yield of between 500-800g of fresh mushrooms (dry between 50g and 80g).

Respect to all who use a heated mushroom propagator. If we want to have a constant temperature because this propagator does not have a temperature sensor, I have been using a timer for a few cultivations. I set it to turn on and off every 15 min. in 24h. As an example: some mushrooms require 22c to 24c, and some 23c to 25c (melmac). You set the temperature you want (somewhere between the prescribed) and we only have to worry about the humidity inside the propagator. The temperature of the room where my mushrooms are is 18c at night and 22c during the day. It works perfectly. I love you all.

Sorry another question. Does this ship to Germany, and if so, can being shipped long distances effect the spores? Will they die or anything like that if ther're cold in a truck?

Hi and thanks for your question. According to the manufacturer, Freshmushrooms, the 1200ml grow kit yields 500g to 800g of fresh mushrooms (50g to 80g dried), but from what I can tell, that would be a maximum total yield from up to 4 flushes from the same kit. Yes it does, very much so! Thank you for the info, Ill probably be asking a ton once i begin the process. Are they best grown in the dark? Or is indoor plant lighting good? i do have an extensive grow room, are the climate and lighting requirements compatible with any growth cycle of plants? i did see light is recommended, but not direct sunlight. If I put them in the bloom or veg lighting cycle w led, will this help? can put in nursery w fluorescent or cfl also. Thanks again for your help, this blog is amazing, the website phenomenal!!

Hahaha no problem at all, mate!
Mushrooms need light and high RH to grow. You can use a clone box with some grow lights (fluorescent tubes or CFL are a good option) or similar to grow them, they work great!
As you say, you can also grow them close to a window, but never in direct sunlight.
Here's a nie guide on how to grow magic mushrooms, while it was made with another brand, the principles are quite the same.

im new to cultivating mushrooms, but have been cultivating plants inside, outside, house plants , landscaping etc. Never have I attempted mushrooms however, and I don't know enough about the strains of mushroom and growth process of each to make an informed decision on which to buy. I do want to get the mini greenhouse, but not sure which of the mushroom spores to add. Native Indians were said to be visited by gods, travel by out of body experiences, i assume it had very high levels of psychoactive compounds? Any help would be appreciated
