Jiffy pellets are formed from high quality peat substrate, highly compressed for easy transport and storage. When soaked in water, they swell to up to seven times their size in a few minutes to provide the optimum balance of air and water in the growing medium making them the perfect choice for germinating cannabis seeds or rooting cuttings.

Jiffy pellets are held together by a fine outer mesh which secures the structure of the peat. Do not remove the mesh when re-planting as doing so will damage delicate roots and in any case is not necessary as the roots grow easily through it.

For best results we advise adjusting the pH to 6.
