In recent years the Medical Seeds seed bank has been collaborating with growers of medicinal cannabis in Canada, within the legal framework of the therapeutic use of marijuana in this country. They can now bring us this new genetic, Mendocino Purple Kush.

Mendecino forms part of the Emerald Triangle in California, an area where every year thousands of marijuana plants are grown in the mountains that are covered in trees which camouflage the plants. This is the place of origin of its mother, Mendocino Purple. Purple Kush's father has been chosen for its very narcotic effect, its purple colour, its great resin production and intense earthy flavour.

Plants resulting from this hybrid present 4 types of phenotype, where green plants are found that bloom in about 5-7 days before the others, that are purple.

Fairly tall, with vigorous growth and wide leaves, Purple Kush Medecino give best results growing in SOG , and can produce up to 450gr/m2 indoors and 600 gr per plant outdoors, where it is capable of reaching heights of 2 to 3 metres .

Medical Seeds says that this strain does not appreciate excessive fertilizing, so we have to take into account the nutrients available in the soil before watering with rich nutrient solution, plants will quickly show signs of over fertilization .

As for the flavours and aromas, the buds with the greener shades will be more earthy, while the purple plants emit a sweeter aroma. The effect of Mendocino Purple Kush will be typical of Indica cannabis plants, powerful, intense and long lasting.
