Indeed, whether it is fresh or dried leaves, parsley is one of the most used condiments in Mediterranean cuisine, with literally dozens of dishes that include it and it is present in kitchens around the world.

Especially aromatic, Batlle's parsley is broad-leaved, ideal for cooking our best recipes and giving them that unique touch of both flavor and colour.

Cultivation of common broad-leaved parsley from Batlle

These seeds can germinate throughout the year, preferring spongy soils and being able to exceed a meter and a half in height. Normally, the harvest is estimated about 90 days after the appearance of the first seedlings.

For these parsley seeds, it is advisable to soak them for 24 hours prior to sowing. It can be sown directly on the growing medium, in pots or directly in the ground, then covering the seeds with a little more substrate.
