Origin: Manresa, Bages, Barcelona
It is a variety of aubergine that produces white and rounded fruit with a mild, non-spicy flavour. It is not very vigorous but will produce fruits until the first frost. Thanks to the thin skin, it is ideal for grilling or for making stuffed aubergines, offering a very pleasant flavour. So that the aubergine does not absorb too much oil when cooked, it is advisable to leave it to soak in water for a while.

Sow in a seedbed well into the spring. Transplant it to the final location leaving 60-80cm between plants. The package contains about 50 seeds.
