Panama x Bangi Haze, F1 Sativa hybrid
After working for more than 10 years on different landrace cannabis lines, ACE Seeds has built a vast collection of stabilised genetics, and here has decided to offer us an F1 cross between two of its most successful Sativa varieties.
On the one hand, we find the Panama strain, stabilised over 10 generations, in this case crossed with an F8 Bangi Haze (Congo x Nepal), ensuring stable, vigorous and resistant offspring.
The result of this crossing gives plants with 85% Sativa genetics and 15% Indica, displaying strong hybrid vigour and combining the best characteristics of both parental lines.
The perfect Sativa for SCROG: Panama x Bangi Haze
Panama x Bangi Haze gives great results in indoor cannabis cultivation, as well as outdoors in hot and dry climates, where a temperature of 24 to 27ºC allows plants to fully express themselves. It shows high resistance to heat, cold, humidity, pests and fungal pathogens, making it also suitable for cultivation up to 45º latitude.
It grows vigorously, forming well-developed secondary branches and responding well to apical pruning, Panama x Bangi Haze is therefore a very good candidate for growing in SCROG, filling the canopy well and producing an astounding yield.
Its flowering period is from 10 to 11 weeks, starting with a stretch period of around 5 weeks, during which the plant sets up its floral structure, before concentrating on filling in the buds, forming long clusters of flowers, covered with pistils. Outdoor plants will be ready to harvest at the end of October.
Finally, Nepal Annapurna completes a third flowering phase before reaching full maturity. ACE Seeds advises to supply substantial amounts of PK during this period, the flowering being exuberant and demanding a high dose of nutrients.
Cannabis Sativa with dense flowers covered with trichomes
If the grower has had the patience to let his plants fully mature, he will be rewarded with large, dense flowers, completely coated with a thick layer of resin rich in cannabinoids and terpenes.
Its terpene profile is mostly composed of terpinolene (40%), accompanied by moderate amounts of alpha pinene (20%), beta myrcene (14%) and beta pinene (10%), and traces of limonene, trans ocimene and delta 3 carene. As for the sesquiterpenes of Panama x Bangi Haze, they are dominated by nerolidol (33%), beta cariofilene (25%) and guaiol (21%), with notes of bisabolol (10%) and alfa humelene (10%) .
This combination of terpenes results in a floral and fruity aroma, with notes of musk, sweet carrot, lemon and anise, alongside pronounced touches of incense.
The high of Panama x Bangi Haze is very potent and quintessentially Sativa, psychedelic, euphoric, creative and introspective, intense and long lasting.
