Pep Perona Bean is a tall bean variety. It is a high-yielding plant, producing flat pods that in warm areas it is advisable to harvest every 2-3 days.
These beans are eaten tender and are particularly appreciated for their culinary qualities. It is a very nutritious vegetable rich in antioxidants, an ideal dish for spring and summer.
