4 Morros Red Pepper is a very productive variety, its fruits are rectangular and large, the taste is sweet and very aromatic.
The 4 Morros Red Pepper has a thick skin and double flesh, it is ideal for cooking it in poached sauce. Very good post-harvest preservation. Consumed raw it has a high vitamin C content.
