I notice drips of moisture are dropping onto the substrate from the humidity accumulating inside the bag. Is it okay to dry this up with some tissue to prevent fungus growing. Or will this cause further contamination

Hi and thanks for your comment. There's really nothing to worry about, with the high humidity necessary for mushroom growth, it's perfectly normal to have condensation inside the bag. As long as you've followed the hygiene protocols there's no reason for any fungus other than the Psylocybes to appear in there. However, as you correctly point out, using a tissue to dry the moisture would quite likely introduce microbial contamination of some kind and be quite counter-productive. I hope that helps. Best wishes and happy growing!
