Raphanus sativus
Black radish is a rustic variety, with black skin and white flesh, very aromatic and intense flavour. Ideal for eating grated in salads.
This root has numerous health benefits. Black radish has antioxidant, digestive, diuretic, depurative and anti-inflammatory properties.
