Edible sunflower seeds
These seeds produce robust plants. They are sown between April and June by burying the seeds at a depth of 3-5cm. We can sow more seeds than necessary and select the strongest individuals.
These sunflowers produce medium sized plants that concentrate their energy on seeds production. They develop large and very productive flowers, and it is advisable to protect them from birds at the end of the flowering stage.
The harvest offers large fleshy seeds with black and white stripes. They are ideal to enjoy directly eating the sunflower seeds and also for various culinary preparations.
